Chest workout
Lets do some chest today why don't we :)
Flat barbell bench- 12-8 reps for 5 sets
Incline d-bell press
SUPERSET
with Flat bench flies- 12-8 reps for 4 sets
Chest dips- 50 total reps
Decline d-bell press- 12-8reps for 5 sets
Push-ups- 75 total
