Chest workout

Lets do some chest today why don't we :)
  • Flat barbell bench- 12-8 reps for 5 sets
  • Incline d-bell press SUPERSET with Flat bench flies- 12-8 reps for 4 sets
  • Chest dips- 50 total reps
  • Decline d-bell press- 12-8reps for 5 sets
  • Push-ups- 75 total
